公団住宅を調べる

公団住宅だと、安いし、礼金とかないし、不動産手数料もなくてすごいらしい、という噂を聞いたので、ちょっと調べてみました。

こちらのホームページによると、

・安いほうがいい！古くても我慢！倍率が高くても気にしない！→都営県営住宅派
・古いのはカンベン！信用できる建物管理と一般的な設備があればOK！→都民住宅派
・チョットお洒落な高層マンションに住みたい方このタイプがいいかもよ！→都市公団派

らしいのですが、都営県営住宅は低所得ではないとダメ、都民住宅は単身者はダメということでいきなり除外されます。それで、UR都市機構なるところが、都市公団を運営しているらしく、

・ＵＲ都市機構 ＵＲ賃貸住宅 東京エリア

あたりを物色します。すると魅力的な物件がいっぱい。でも、どれも埋まってるみたいで、なんだかインターネットからは申し込めないようです。いまいちよく分からないので、URの営業所にでも行ってこようかなと思います。

ただ、気になったのがある程度の所得がないとダメらしいのですが、てびきに書いてあったのでは、前年の所得証明書が必要らしいのです。僕は前年度はアメリカで所得税を納めているし、そもそも所得も最小限にしていたので、なかなか難しいなという感じです。来年になってから本格的にがんばる感じかもしれません。

もうすでに営業所いったのかな？

まだかもしれないので、一応情報提供。先着順受付住宅というのがあって、そちらは抽選なしで入れますよ。

でユーザー登録すればインターネットで空室検索できるはず。

また、前年の所得証明書が必要、とありますが、現に僕もアメリカから帰国して申し込めたわけですから、なんとかなります。
確か僕は、前職の給与明細かなんかを見せて、家賃払えるってことを証明したら大丈夫だったと思います。
