中国：オンラインデートサービスの王者に聞く - CNET Japan

現在、Marine氏はEFriendsNetのCEOを務めている。EFriendsが提供するソーシャルネットワークサービスは、オンラインデートサービスの顔も備えている。EFriendsは会員数でも売上高でも、中国のオンラインデートサービス市場のリーダーを自認している。

・Marine Ma氏のFansoなる音楽ダウンロードサービスは無料で違法だったが誰も気にしてなかった（ある意味すごい）。
・約75万ドル調達、従業員80名、売上0で、2001年倒産。
・2003年、Efriendsを創業、VIP会費約220円（15元）、すでに黒字、会員数・収益はNo.1らしい。
・欧州最大のオンラインデートサービス会社Meeticから約23億円（2000万ドル）で買収された。

どうやら中国では、出会い系サイトが花盛りのようです。2005年度の市場は約14億円（9,100万元）で、2008年には約104億円（6.53億元）まで拡大すると予想されているらしいです。

と、ここでEfriends（億友）を観てみたのですが、どうやらEfriendsは社名でyeeyoo.comというサービスらしいです。中身もMySpaceっぽい感じなのかも。規模感的には、GREEの倍という感じみたいですね。会員数はIDから推測すると約80万程度っぽいです。

P.S.しかし中国のサイトは日本から見ると異常に重いですねぇ。
