病児保育を手がけるNPOフローレンスの駒崎氏による立ち上げ話。補助金返せという大企業とか上からストップがかかる区役所とか、世の中には本当にひどい人がいるんだなというのが印象的でした。ビジネスをやっているとそこまで理不尽を感じることはないので、すごく大変ですね（その代わりすべては自分の責任という厳しさもありますけども）。

しかし、そういったこともあって会費制という素晴らしいビジネスモデルができたというのは喜ばしいことです。正直ホームページは分かりにくいのですが、ご利用料金のページを見るとどんなシステムか分かると思います。もっとたくさんの人に知ってもらえればもっと普及するだろうし、そうなって欲しいなと思います。

読み物としても読みやすくておもしろいです。
