CNETなどでよく拝見するジャーナリスト佐々木俊尚氏の新作。佐々木氏はなんと月10本以上の連載に加えて、書籍を4、5冊書き、さらに年間50回の講演をし、2つの大学で毎週教えているという。まさに驚異的な仕事量。
僕は以前に本を書いた際にかなり苦労したので、文章を書ける人というのはとても尊敬します。この本では、情報収集、構造化、フレームワークに分けて、著者が実際に行なっているやり方が紹介してあり、とても参考になりました。特にマインドマップの使い方とか、初めて知ったので大変勉強になりました。
しかし、ここまで意識的に最先端のテクノロジーを取り入れ、ブラッシュアップをし続けているジャーナリストというのはいないのではないでしょうか。新しいタイプのジャーナリズムの到来を予感させられます。
個人的には、僕はプレイヤーなので、そのとき関心のあることにフォーカスして情報収集も検討もしていますが、気になったものをclippしたり、おもしろかった本をブログに書くくらいで、それ以上、分類したり整理したりもしてません。どうせ本腰を入れて、できることは限られているので、情報の洪水を浴びながら、時折自分がぴんときたものや、好きだったりおもしろいと思うことを徹底的に考えて、実行すればいいかなと思っています。
P.S.日曜から風邪を引いていたのですが、もうだいぶいい感じです。ちなみに、病院で検査して新型じゃありませんでしたので、ご安心を。
